How do you get access to the history of your TikTok Watch? The history of your Watch:
- Launch TikTok and navigate to the Profile tab at the bottom right edge of your screen.
- Click the hamburger menu with three lines located in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Privacy and Settings.
- Under Display & Content, Click Activity Center.
- Press Watch history.
You may also erase your history of watching from this page. You need to click Select at the top right corner of the screen and pick all the videos you wish to clear. Once you have selected the video(s) you want to delete, you can choose Delete on the right-hand side and then tap Delete repeatedly to confirm the decision.
How to Delete Your Watch History on TikTok
If you wish to remove videos you’ve watched on TikTok, you can do this via the settings on your profile.
Videos will automatically be removed from your list after 180 days.
Browse your history on Watch and click Select.
Select the video you wish to erase (or select All Watch the History) and then press Delete.

In the Home tab, select to reveal the Search icon (the magnifying glass).
Search for a keyword relevant to the content of this video (the title, author, creator, subject, etc.), then tap Search.
Click the menu button on the left of the search bar and then choose Filters.
Tap Watched is a video category.
Tap Apply to limit the search results to movies you’ve already watched.
How to Check TikTok Watch Time and History
If you want to know the amount of Time you’ve spent using TikTok playing around on your phone, go through these steps:
Take steps 1 through 4 from the prior heading on Steps to View Your Watch History in TikTok.
Select the screen to show all dates and Times.
Click this week to choose the day that you want to use it.
Select Time spent on the top bar to determine the duration of Time per day.
After that, you can tap TikTok and open it to display the number of times you used it during that duration.
