Using Your Samsung Galaxy Device To Recover A Forgotten Samsung Account Password
First, take out your Samsung Galaxy smartphone and navigate the Apps screen. Select Settings, then select the General tab. After that, go to Accounts and set Samsung account. (You will see a list of options). Click on Account Settings to access the help section. Now you will be able to view the Forgot Your ID or Password tab. Click on it.
You will then be able to select the Find Password tab. Next, enter the email address you used to register with Samsung. The ID field will require you to enter the email. Remember that you cannot use another email in this procedure. You can’t recover a Samsung account password from another email.
The third step will take you to the security code located at the bottom of the screen. It would help if you did not make any mistakes while entering the same code in the box below. This is a case-sensitive field. After you’re sure you’ve entered the correct code, click confirm. This will verify your entry and send you an email to the registered address.
Next, you need to go to email and open the Samsung mail. Samsung will provide a link in the email to help you recover your password.
This link will lead users to two blank boxes that require them to create a new password or confirm the existing password. You will be making a new password.
Once you click on the confirm button, a new password will be generated that you can use to log in to your Samsung account immediately.
Next, change your Samsung ID and password

Tap on Settings in the app drawer.
